TUMMY TUCK IN TURKEY AND THE ADVANTAGES / DISADVANTAGES OF IT

Tummy Tuck in turkey (commonly called abdominoplasty) is a surgical operation that removes wrinkles from the belly and waist areas by dissolving the fat under the skin and then raising the muscles of the belly, depending on the current techniques used in a tummy tuck.

Tummy Tuck is one of the most popular plastic surgery in Turkey for people who comes from abroad. The very first reason for this is surgeons in Turkey are highly experienced and professional in plastic surgeries. There two types of tummy tuck in Turkey;

·       Mini tummy tuck also is known as mini-abdominoplasty is done by people who have a small amount of fat and saggy skin over the abdominal area.

·       Full tummy tuck also known as full abdominoplasty and it is performing if there is too much fat or saggy skin over the abdominal area including waists.

Both of the operations are performing under general anesthesia and the operation takes around 3-4 hours depends on the patient’s situation. Most of the patients are staying at the hospital for 2 nights after the operation. However, it can be 1 night according to patient and doctor’s opinion with mini tummy tuck.

Turkey has the cheapest prices when we compare it with other countries such as European countries. When this factor combines with the quality, there wouldn’t be any surprise why Turkey has chosen for plastic surgery and this is another reason why Tummy Tuck in Turkey is popular. That is why many people from the world are preferring Turkey for Tummy Tuck and other plastic surgeries. Besides Tummy Tuck is cheaper and qualified in Turkey, there are some advantages and disadvantages of it.

The Advantages of Tummy Tuck:

1.     The patient will have a shaper, slimmer, and lifted body.

2.     The operation will be performing by the most qualified surgeons of plastic surgery.

3.     While having a better body, spending less money. Turkey is cheaper than most of the European countries and reaching beauty is cheaper here.

4.     The tummy tuck surgery is carried out at the most qualified medical centers, which has been approved by an international committee (ICRC).

5.     The patient will get the best treatment and a high level of medical facilities before getting the results.

The Disadvantage of Tummy Tuck:

1.     The tummy tuck is a painful operation, but this can be solved with medication given by the doctor.

2.     Rarely there can be bleeding after tummy tuck, but it lasts for 24 only.

3.     A complication of anesthesia can be happening as much as other surgeries.

4.     A blood clot can be happening rarely, and numbness can be seen for several months. Also, the infection might have occurred if aftercare won’t be done properly.

5.     The procedure of tummy tuck needs an extended period of recovery, and he must follow up with the medical center for up to a week that is not easy from a different country.

Women Empowerment Mugs by The Glassy Lass

The Glassy Lass mug shop creates unique mug designs that are geared towards holidays, special occasions, and women empowerment.  The Glassy Lass creator Jan is a self-proclaimed introvert, she has found a unique way to express herself through creating jewelry and a fun line of mugs. She was first known for creating Sea Glass jewelry and that is how she originally got the name "TheGlassyLass." She enjoyed many years creating precious sea glass jewelry but as the years passed, because of work and family, it became difficult to travel and find sea glass to collect for her jewelry. So as any good crafter does, she went looking for an alternative craft that would be more conducive to her current lifestyle.

One day a gift arrived from a friend in Ohio. It was a custom vinyl embossed coffee mug. She immediately fell in love with these mugs and this motivated her to start her own line of mugs. She was hooked! During the first year, she created a lot of gifts. Some of them were less than pleasing to her, but from those mistakes, she learned and grew.

Today her shop is filled with top of the line equipment to produce the best dishwasher safe custom printed coffee mugs, shot glasses, and more. She sells these mugs on Etsy and her shop is thriving. Now she has a wonderful new outlet for her creative spirit.

Because Jan is passionate about women empowerment, she has created a line of mug designs that are empowering to women. The mugs feature women such as Alice Ball, Hedy Lamarr, Katherine Johnson, and more. She continues to grow her women empowerment mug design collection with more and more designs. For example https://www.etsy.com/listing/669382706/who-is-grace-hopper-thermal-printed?ref=shop_home_active_1

Liquid Rhinoplasty

Liquid Rhinoplasty or Nasal filling, also known as non-surgical nose aesthetics, refers to nose shape changes performed without surgical intervention. This procedure usually involves the injection of skin filling materials. Skin fillers are products that are injected into different facial areas to add volume, such as hyaluronic acid filling material. In recent years, non-surgical rhinoplasty technique has developed, in this procedure, the cavity injection, cavities, contour deficiencies, and asymmetries were started to be treated with the filling injection in the nose.
How to perform Liquid Rhinoplasty?
The procedure consists of filling the nasal tissue with an anesthetic cream, which is usually applied for 20-30 minutes, then injected into the key areas determined by the surgeon and the patient, thereby improving aesthetically. The injection usually takes 5-10 minutes and is performed in a clinical setting.
What are the advantages of Liquid Rhinoplasty?
Liquid rhinoplasty aesthetics offers many advantages to patients. First, it is a good option for many patients who do not want to have an operation or are considering surgery but have not yet decided. Secondly, touch-ups are very easy to perform because it is enough to make a simple injection to add a small amount of filling to a particular area. With these features, the nose can be “shaped” by injections until the desired result is achieved. And thirdly, the nasal filling is much more economical compared to surgical techniques.
How long does the effect of the nose aesthetic filling last?
The filling disappears in a few months and the nose takes its original shape. The time period depends on the person and results can last for approximately six months to a year.
What are the disadvantages of the Liquid Rhinoplasty?
There are two main disadvantages. First, the result is not permanent. The effect times are different depending on the type of filling materials. The result can take up to one to two years, depending on the material and injection technique. Second, the main limitation of the technique is that only volume can be added. If there is a nose reduction, an advanced size hump, and excessive curvature, filling injection alone will not be sufficient. Therefore, the nasal filling may not be suitable for every situation, because some defects of the nose cannot be corrected with this method. But if the patient available for filler to fix little problems, it is a great option.

Perception Wins Best International Film at Brightside Tavern Shorts Film Festival Linda Collins Co-Stars in this Story of Immigration to the USA From Two Conflicting Points of View

Actor/Producer Linda Collins accepted the “Best International Film” award at the Brightside Tavern Shorts Film Festival for the film “Perception”; which was also a Finalist for “Best Concept”. Written and directed by Andres Irias, the movie tells the story of immigration from two points of view; a Honduran mother who is pressured to migrate, and an American teen from a white supremacist family who is taught to hate immigrants. Linda plays Lauren, the Mother/Wife in the American family, and this portrayal also recently garnered her an award for Best Supporting Actress at the Omaha Latino Film Festival. Ms. Collins was also one of the Executive Producers on the project; which filmed in Miami in late 2018.

Linda can be seen in other upcoming productions including a principal role in 21st Century Vision Films crime thriller “The Stable” - playing a gritty nightclub owner/head of a human-trafficking ring.

Additionally, she recently appeared in films such as “In My Eyes”, about a young man with Cerebral Palsy going to college and the anxiety that he carries with him (an Official Selection at LIIFE), “Three for the Road”, a comedy about three independent, intelligent women from completely different backgrounds who come together seeking spiritual enlightenment (directed by David Patrick Wilson, an Official Selection and Finalist as Best TV Episode in the Portland Comedy Film Festival) and Horror film by Director Terry Wickham, “Gruesome Threesome”; where a young couple have a fun online video chat while watching an anthology horror film. What begins as innocent entertainment leads to a horrific conclusion. Collins has worked with Wickham before; on “Double Vision”, about a couple who once dated and reconnect after a decade apart whose bliss is shattered by pure terror. At the same time, two women who are business partners have been having issues professionally, which leads to an unimaginable terrifying outcome. The latter three films also screened at the Hells Kitchen NYC Film Festival.

Women Entrepreneurs Are On The Rise

Women entrepreneurs lead one in five startups around the globe. The ratio of female founders to male soared 30% over the last year and a half, reports Gust, the Manhattan-based global platform for early-stage investing, which collects data on more than 200,000 companies, angel investors and venture capitalists. In the U.S. the percentage is slightly higher than one in five (22.8%). Led byBelgium, France; and Spain, even sclerotic Europe is producing women-run companies, now 16% of the total but a 45% jump in the overall ratio during the last 18 months. What’s behind the surge? Largely technology across multiple industries, says Gust. It lowers costs and barriers to entrepreneurial entry–and, with the help of remote tools like the cloud and Skype, helps women reconcile the pulls of family and career. from: http://www.forbes.com/sites/tompost/2013/03/27/around-the-world-women-entrepreneurs-are-on-the-rise/

Tips on Starting a Business in 2014

Here are a few things to think about when you are considering starting your own business:

• Get together a business structure with the basics of what you want to do with your business.

• Conduct market research to find out what people are interested in buying and what they think of your ideas. You can use questionnaires like SurveyMonkey.com to send surveys to your friends and family.

• Name your business something catchy and short so that people will have an easy time remembering the name.

• Find an investor who will help you fund your business or save your money to fund your own business because you have to start with some money in order to make more money.

• You will always need more money than you think. There are hidden costs and fees sometimes that you haven't known to account for until you get to the point of needing to pay for them.

• Set up your office space or area you will work in.

• Research your ideas and find out what is best for you and avoid quick "easy" seeming money making online scams. Nothing is free and it does take capital to start up. Putting your money into inventory to sample type businesses is ok, just be careful if it seems too much like a pyramid.

• Find out the business trends and competitors out there and decide who your market is, who you're going to be selling to and how much they're willing to pay for your products.

These tips will be helpful to think about before you get started. The more information you can gather the better off you will be.

Entrepreneurs Explain Why They Started Their Businesses

Check out the blog post "Entrepreneurs Explain Why They Started Their Businesses" on Hearpreneuer and see some reasons why people started their own businesses including a response from My Accessory Business President Megan Andrus:

Starting with Excitement & Passion

I started my own business because I was designing advertising and doing marketing for a variety of other businesses and was helping them to become successful, so I figured, why not start a business involving something I’m excited and passionate about- jewelry and accessories- and make it successful for myself. I realized that there was a need in the market for all-inclusive accessory sales kits. No one else was selling anything like this online. The way I figured this out was because I myself was looking for this type of sales kit and couldn’t find what I wanted, so I created it.

Questions to ask yourself before starting a business

Before you start any type of business, you should ask yourself these questions in order to prepare for the work ahead. Don't get discouraged by the number of questions and if you don't have the answer to them right away. Just asking yourself these questions is the first step to getting started. You can figure out the answers along the way and find new answers as you go. This list of questions comes from sba.gov a good source for advice on starting a small business.

5 Reasons to Start a Business, Even in This Economy

Starting your own business has long been considered a risky proposition. Just the potential for failure and loss discourages many would-be entrepreneurs from giving it a go. Intimidated by oft-reported statistics like “50% of all businesses fail within the first two years,” even those with great ideas or lots of skill frequently decide to play it “safe.”

Perhaps in economies past you could legitimately argue that starting a business was just too big a gamble, but the tables have turned. Now becoming an entrepreneur is not only a safe and manageable career prospect, but it’s also the best (and perhaps only) way to get what you want professionally.
Here’s 5 reasons why it makes sense to start a business…evenespecially now!

1. Job Security Doesn’t Exist

Job security is a thing of the past. It used to be that you could safely commit to a well-trodden and clearly defined corporate career path. No longer. Not only has the corporate contract changed, but industries are evolving so quickly that jobs appear, change, or disappear practically overnight. All of this is true even in a good economy—so if you account for the economic downturn of these last few years, the stability of traditional employment weakens even further. So much so, actually, that scores of former employees have decided to become their own bosses to make their jobs more secure.

2. You Don’t Have to Bet the Farm

The risk for any experiment or new venture can never be mitigated completely, but it’s up to you to decide just how much to chance. You can put yourself in a risky position by keeping your genius idea to yourself, double-mortgaging the house (or racking up credit card debt), and launching the biggest version of your dream possible. Or you can play it safer by soliciting lots of feedback in advance of launching and finding small inexpensive ways to test your idea in the market. Neither path guarantees success, but the latter certainly insulates you from total devastation in the case of failure.
3. You Know How to Get More from Less
Several years of a significant recession has made us all experts in how to get more from less. We are more productive and thriftier than ever. Each dollar goes further and each minute matters more. This is the exact mindset that an entrepreneur needs to be successful. In the past corporate refugees could take years to figure this out. Now people are showing up to entrepreneurship prepared from the start.

4. Satisfaction Matters

One benefit of this otherwise devastating recession has been the shift in our collective definition of success. While we used to lust after big ticket items and sacrifice for far-off rewards, we now know that daily satisfaction reigns supreme. After all, things don’t necessarily bring happiness and future promises are never guaranteed. What really matters is how rewarding and fulfilling our daily life is. It’s a reality that entrepreneurs get to uniquely exploit. Because when you’re the boss you get to do the work you want on your terms. And if, at some point, your business no longer adds up to happiness, you have the power to make the necessary changes so that it does again.

5. And So Does Regret…

Of all the business-related angst I’ve witnessed, nothing seems more haunting than the experience of regret. That mournful curiosity about “what could have been”—if only you had done something differently and given your business venture a shot. It’s a feeling much worse than failure. That doesn’t mean that you need to pursue every idea you have, but you owe it to your future self to at least explore the possibility seriously. You won’t regret things that you decide not to do for a good reason, only the things you decide not to do for bad ones.
The truth is, the risks associated with entrepreneurship are all relative. And now that the rules of the game have changed so much, it’s not fair to write off the possibility of starting your own business just because it’s too “risky.” You actually may stand to lose a lot more if you don’t.

What Is Direct Selling?

There are three great methods of marketing- party plan, person-to-person and network marketing. Check out this article from one of our favorite companies, the "Direct Selling Women's Alliance":

Direct selling can best be described as the marketing of products and services directly to consumers in a face to face manner, generally in their homes or the homes of others, at their workplace or other places away from permanent retail locations. Direct sales typically occur through explanation or personal demonstration by an independent direct salesperson. These salespeople are commonly referred to as direct sellers.

The strength of direct selling lies in its tradition of independence, service to consumers, and commitment to entrepreneurial growth in the free enterprise system. Direct selling provides accessible business opportunities to people looking for alternative sources of income, and whose entry is generally not restricted by gender, age, education, or previous experience. It should be noted that around the world a substantial majority of direct sellers are women, and most work in their direct selling businesses on a part-time basis. A very small percentage of direct sellers are employees of the companies whose products they represent.

Independent direct sellers are those individuals engaged on their own behalf, or on behalf of a direct selling company, selling products and services through personal sales contacts, and are commonly referred to in some jurisdictions as independent contractors. Essentially, this means that the company whose products they distribute do not employ these independent salespeople with each individual operating their own business. These independent direct sellers have an opportunity to earn profits from their business, and also accept the responsibility for the risks associated with operating a business.

The most important things to become a millionaire

When working with a variety of clients in Los Angeles, you have the chance to meet people who are extremely successful in what they do and some are even millionaires. I had the chance to speak with and write down some tips given to me by one of my most successful clients, Susanna, who is a celebrity fashion designer. I would like to share with you some of the tips she has given me, hopefully they will help inspire you, as they have for me:

The most important things to become a millionaire

1.       You must love what you’re doing and be passionate about it! It must excite you and make you feel like you own the whole world!
2.       You must be willing to work 120 hours a week. If you have a dream, you will never get tired.
3.       You have to love people and know how to make good friends and build a good relationship. You must be honest and never make any enemies.
4.       You have to create your own language. You create this language and introduce it to the world one at a time. For example, creating a new design or a new business is like creating a new language. You make the rules and teach it to your customers.
5.       You have to be generous and be very good to people. If you do that, it will all come back to you.
6.       Don’t work for money, work for your talent. When you work for your talent, money comes for you gradually, bigger than life.
7.       The boss leaves last, all the employees leave early. They are hands on with everything. They put in the most time. All millionaires are workaholics.
